This dialog appears when you click the button 
in the value cell of the report level property Click Priority in the Others category in the Report Inspector. It is used to set the priority of the actions that will be triggered at runtime when you click on certain objects in a page report which are bound with some actions. See the dialog.
The following are details about options in the dialog:
Click Priority
Specifies the click priority of the actions. Move the one you want to have the highest priority to the top of the list.
Note: When an object is bound with all of the actions in the list, when "Link" or "Go to detail" is specified the highest priority, the other actions on the object can only be performed by using shortcut menu command. If "Drill down" is specified the highest click priority, the link action will be triggered when the lowest level of the drilling hierarchy is reached.
OK
Applies the changes and closes the dialog.
Cancel
Does not retain any changes and closes the dialog.
